EN 71
European toy safety standard
EN 71 is a series of European standards covering the safety of toys. It includes requirements for mechanical and physical properties (Part 1), flammability (Part 2), and migration of certain elements (Part 3), among others. Test reports against EN 71 are obtained from accredited laboratories for our products.

CE Marking
Conformity marking
The CE mark indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer or importer and meets EU safety, health, and environmental requirements. For toys, CE marking requires compliance with the Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC) and is supported by a Declaration of Conformity and relevant test reports.

EN IEC 62115
Electric toy safety standard
EN IEC 62115 covers the safety of electric toys, including battery-operated and mains-powered items. It addresses electrical insulation, temperature limits, mechanical strength of electrical components, and related hazards.
Applies to: Battery-operated and electric toys
PAH Testing
Chemical safety testing
PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) testing checks for the presence of harmful chemical compounds in materials that come into contact with skin. Products are tested to ensure PAH levels remain within safe limits defined by REACH regulations.
Applies to: Products with rubber, plastic, or coated surfaces
Phthalate Testing (10P)
Chemical safety testing
Phthalate testing (often referred to as 10P) checks for restricted plasticiser chemicals in toy materials, particularly soft PVC. These substances are regulated under REACH Annex XVII and the Toy Safety Directive due to potential health risks for children.
Applies to: Toys containing soft plastic or PVC components
Cadmium Testing
Chemical safety testing
Cadmium testing verifies that heavy metal cadmium levels in product materials and coatings remain below regulatory limits. Cadmium is restricted under REACH and EN 71-3 due to its toxicity.
Applies to: Painted, coated, or metal-containing products
