2. Who can order
Toys Heaven is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform. Accounts and orders are intended for registered businesses only, not individual consumers. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend any account at our discretion.
3. Products and pricing
Products are sourced on a per-order basis and are not held in pre-existing stock. While we make every effort to display accurate pricing, in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and refund any payment already made, even after an order has been placed or confirmed.
4. How orders work
Placing an order through the website is a request to purchase and does not, by itself, create a binding contract. An order becomes confirmed, and a binding contract is formed, only once payment has been received in full by Bumerang Ltd. Until payment is received, either you or we may cancel the order without obligation.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or cash, as arranged with our team. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled freely before payment is made. Once payment has been received and the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. We may, at our sole discretion, agree to cancel a confirmed order in exceptional circumstances, but this is not guaranteed and does not set a precedent for future orders.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates shown on the website or provided by our team are estimates only and are not guaranteed or binding, due to the nature of sourcing products internationally. We will keep you informed of significant changes to estimated delivery timelines.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
9. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
